How to use the neck support brace?

STEP 1 — Place the neck brace around your neck, adjust the circle to the right size and fasten the Velcro strap to the front.

STEP 2 — Slowly inflate the cervical traction and it will fill with air to stretch and relax your neck muscles. This also increases blood supply and circulation.

STEP 3 — After pumping, place the ball into the upper pipe to prevent the air from leaking.

How often can/should this be used? What is the best amount of time when using it?

For the first week, we recommend using it 2-3 times a day,at least 10 minutes. In the second week, 2-3 times a day for 15-20 minutes each time. Do not over inflate the cervical traction device!!!

Is this suitable to use for men too?
